This site is a work-in-progress, and is intended to become a broadcast SIGINT collection point for:

- current information
- on-air data collection
- reporting methods
- Intel background

As we build these data, we will learn how the Intelligence Community
acquires (SI-1),
correlates (SI-2),
processes (SI-3),
disseminates (SI-4B), and
stores (SI-4A) information.

We will have an understanding on how Intel Information is analyzed for sensitivity,

and what the Classification terms mean:
Crypto-Top Secret,
Top Secret,
Secret,
Confidential;

the Restriction terms;
Destroy After Reading,
Eyes Only,
Need to Know,
For Official Use Only (FOUO).

And Distribution terms:
Extremely Urgent,
Urgent,
Priority,
Routine.

We will have a better understanding of the programs and activities under terms like;

Shadow Denial,
Hiding in the Light,
Black Project,
Plausible Deniability,
Covert Action,
Extreme Prejudice,
Subversion,
Subterfuge,
Espionage,
Disinformation,
and more.

We will discuss the "Seven 'P's;

for Threat Analysis:
Potential,
Plausible,
Possible,
Predicted,
Probable,
Poised,
Positive;

and for Threat Actions:
Preparatory,
Predicated,
Predilected,
Predisposed,
Predominant,
Preemptive,
Prejudicial.

This project is bound to be an informative and productive effort.
