This Web site is designed to coordinate the interception and collection of
"Communications Intelligence" (ComInt) and "Signal Intelligence" (SigInt) data
transmissions (Eleint) for the purpose of analyzing "International Telecommunications"
(IntTelCom) broadcasts designed to be communications exchanges for the plans and
operations of subversive, insurgent, or terrorist organizations.
We feel, that virtually all of our (USA and abroad) intelligence agencies, along
with many other foreign departments, are probing, listening, and tracking
suspect terrorists and their communications links, but possibly some less
apparent avenues of communications have been either somewhat neglected, or
possibly ignored.
In this high-tech world of digital communications, with Internet, cell phones,
digital data transfers, etc, one of the most reliable, and less obvious forms of
communications may be considered too obsolete for our enemy to bother with.
As we learned in World War II, and there after, codes, subliminal data, and
outright non-coded messages can effectively, and efficiently, be communicated
via radio. This was so much the case in WW II that Ham radio operation was
forbidden during those years.
Today, we have dozens of methods of transmitting data, instructions, and
general information. There are many digital modes, sub-carrier modes, plain
and intercoded-CW, and multiplexed coded forms of modulation. Even in (the
bold use of) plain language, definite and direct  instructions, motivations,
inspirations, and incitements can be broadcast to insurgents, terrorists, and
other espionage personnel.
We believe that there may be something to gain by the careful and organized
monitoring of our air waves and the many and varied modes of transmissions
that fill them.
This is a global war that has been thrust upon all free nations of the world.
